Privacy and device-location data

Your Comms Group GND may collect contact information submitted through this website and, for enrolled managed devices, technical and location information where the authorized user has expressly consented.

Location tracking

Location tracking must not be enabled secretly. The device-management system is intended for company-owned devices, authorized fleet uses, or other devices where the owner/user has knowingly agreed to location reporting. Consent status is stored with the device record.

Data use

Information may be used to provide requested services, respond to enquiries, administer authorized devices, maintain security, and improve operations. Location data should be retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Your choices

Users may request correction or deletion of personal information and may withdraw location-tracking consent, subject to legitimate contractual or legal requirements.

Security

Administrative access should use strong passwords, HTTPS and least-privilege access. Device APIs use per-device secret tokens.

This starter policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch, especially for Grenada and any other countries where the service will operate.
